Connect Airtable

Connect Airtable so QuillDock can read your base and finish source setup.

Use this guide if QuillDock cannot continue past Configuration / Source because Airtable is not connected yet.

This guide is for

Anyone setting up QuillDock with Airtable as the source for a Wix CMS collection.

What you'll see

  • Configuration / Source asks you to connect Airtable
  • QuillDock sends you through Airtable sign-in and approval
  • After you reconnect, QuillDock asks you to choose a base and a table or view
  • Continue stays disabled until QuillDock can read the source structure
  • If Airtable approval is denied or the callback cannot finish, QuillDock returns with a reconnect message and may show a short support code

What to do

  1. Open Configuration / Source.
  2. Choose Airtable.
  3. Select Connect Airtable and finish the Airtable approval flow.
  4. Return to QuillDock and choose the base you want to use.
  5. Choose the table or view QuillDock should read.
  6. Wait for the schema preview to load.
  7. Select Continue once QuillDock shows the source as ready.

Why this can fail

  • The wrong Airtable account was connected
  • The base, table, or view was moved, renamed, or removed
  • Airtable approval expired or was denied
  • QuillDock cannot read a usable schema from the selected source yet

If it still doesn't work

  • Retry the Airtable connection once
  • Confirm the base and table or view still exist
  • Confirm the connected Airtable account can read that source
  • Try a different readable base or table if the current one is unavailable

When to contact support

Contact support if QuillDock still cannot list readable bases after you reconnect, if the selected source exists but the schema preview never loads, or if the same support code keeps appearing after a fresh reconnect.
